Service Description

Forever provides a platform for creating and maintaining memorial pages to honor and remember loved ones. The service allows users to share memories, photos, and other content in a respectful environment.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is offensive, abusive, or disrespectful
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

Subscription and Payment

Premium features require paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant Forever a license to display and distribute that content as necessary to provide the service. The Forever platform and branding remain our intellectual property.

Content Moderation

We use AI-assisted moderation to maintain a respectful environment. Memorial owners can approve or reject submitted content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Forever is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your memorial pages may be removed.

Limitation of Liability

Forever is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
